Delivery Policy

Orders are processed on business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information when available.

Delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout by Yandex Delivery based on the delivery address. Store pickup is the only delivery option with a cost of 0 AMD.

Estimated delivery time within Yerevan is 1–2 business days from dispatch.

This is an estimate only. Actual delivery time may vary due to courier schedules or seasonal volume.

We deliver only to addresses within Yerevan using Yandex Delivery. The delivery fee is calculated for the selected Yerevan address at checkout and applies regardless of the order value. Store pickup is available at a cost of 0 AMD.

We do not deliver outside Yerevan, to other Armenian cities or villages, to Russia, or internationally. Addresses outside Yerevan cannot proceed with delivery checkout. Store pickup remains available.

You may collect your order in person at our store:

• Paron Lotion — 12 Byron St., Yerevan, Armenia
• Tuesday – Sunday, 11:00 – 20:00 (Monday closed)

Select store pickup at checkout. We will notify you by email or phone when your order is ready for collection.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, including courier disruptions, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
