Return Policy

According to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, care and cosmetic products are not subject to return or exchange.

If the product is sold in protective or transparent plastic packaging, it may be returned only if the protective packaging has not been opened or damaged. After the protective packaging has been opened or removed, the product is not subject to return or exchange.

If the product did not have protective or transparent plastic packaging, it is not subject to return or exchange.

To exercise the right of return, the product must be unused and in the condition it was in at the time of purchase. It must be in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible, providing the order details and the condition of the product.
